You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
2. License to use content
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the purchased digital materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the materials.
3. Intellectual property
All course materials, text, graphics, videos and templates are owned by SkillBoost or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe any right, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
5. Payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; SkillBoost does not store full card details.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from applying the course content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillBoost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of SkillBoost's registered office. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
